Who buys your product worldwide — by name.
We layer regional demand and spending behaviour on top of customs and bill-of-lading data. What comes out is not a list: which market, which company, which person, which month.
- 46 shipments in the last 12 months, 3,140 tonnes total — volume rising.
- Most suppliers are Far East; lead time is a recurring complaint.
- Tendered for a second production site last month.
Companies that genuinely import your product — with volume and frequency.
Not the switchboard — the procurement manager themselves.
Finding the market is not the end: we run the campaign there too.
We do not sell data.
We sell the customer you win.
Raw trade data is worth nothing on its own — few can read it, and fewer know what to do next. The return comes from picking the right market in the right month, writing to the right person with the right sentence, and actually building the campaign there. We study your company and product first, then tell you where the investment should go.
Spending curve and risk appetite sit on top of customs and bill-of-lading data. Which country, which month, which price band — we see that first.
We surface the firms that genuinely import your product and their procurement managers. The first message is written from that firm’s own purchase history.
It comes last, because a campaign is not a product — it is how we deliver the solution. Break the order and you buy a list, not a customer.
We do not sell you the list — we sell the meeting that comes out of it.
Not a report — a working folder.
We do not hand over a slide deck and step back. What you get is a folder your team can open the next morning and start working from. Click the folders and look inside.
Trade fair after trade fair, list built by hand
Catalogues handed out, cards collected — nobody knows who actually imports.Fairs are expensive and slow. Of the hundred people at your stand, how many actually import your product? You only find out months later.
Customs and bill-of-lading data answers that up front: who bought what, how often, how much. You know who to meet before you travel.
We are not dropping the fair — we are making it deliberate.
You found the company, not the person
Offers sent to info@ go unread. The switchboard routes you to marketing. In B2B export one person closes it: the procurement or sourcing manager. An offer that never reaches them dies, however good it is.
The platform surfaces that person: name, verified email, phone, LinkedIn. Contacts without a verification badge never enter the list.
And knowing who you are writing to changes what you write.
Market choice by hearsay
"There is business in that country" — nobody tests it. The wrong market costs a year.On raw import volume three markets look alike. You cannot pick a market without seeing when demand arrives, at which price band decisions are made, and how buyers behave in that window.
We layer regional demand and spending behaviour on customs data. The answer is one line: which market, which month, which price band.
Not entering the wrong market earns more than entering the right one.
How we run it
Step by stepProduct definition & HS matching
We define what you sell in customs language. A wrong HS code means wrong buyers.
Market scan
Where real demand exists, when it arrives, at which price band — a ranked shortlist.
Buyer verification
Candidates are tested against purchase history. One-off buyers do not make the list.
Decision maker & first contact
The person is surfaced; the opening message is written from that firm’s own purchase history.
Campaign build
In the chosen market, ads, search and automation run on one line — this is where the QANATONE side takes over.
What you get
DeliverablesTargets we chase
real buyers, not a list
decision maker, not switchboard
timing, not just market
SSS
Where does the data come from?
Customs declarations and bill-of-lading records from direct sources. On top sits a regional demand and spending-behaviour layer, produced by combining several sources. We share exact coverage figures openly in the discovery call.
Are the contacts verified?
Records without a verification badge never enter the list. Inboxes still change; if an address bounces after delivery, tell us and we source a replacement.
Is this a data subscription?
No. Data providers hand you a list and step back. We choose the market, verify the buyer, write the first contact, and build the campaign in that market. The output is a meeting, not a spreadsheet.
I am a small manufacturer — does this fit?
You can start with one product and one target market. At small scale, ten right buyers beat a thousand wrong ones.

Tell us your product and target region; we run the first scan and look at the result together.
